Easy and painless lease Today we completed our 2nd Infinity lease with Competition Infinity it was an easy and painless transaction. We had 4 months left in our 2015. Rob Hoffman a sales manager called and we were able to come to terms that satisfied my wife and I. I must mention that prior to his call I had called the dealership and spoke to Mo Sultan that call was noted in the inter office calendar. Rob, May have closed the sale because of his capacity to work closer with my numbers but he gave Mo his deserved credit and opportunity to handle the sale. Mo is a very personabd knowledgeable man. When the deal was in essence completed it was the finance managers turn. Akida White handled his job perfectly. He didn’t “sell” me anything. He just explained what I “ needed” We took the tire and wheel insurance. Yes, it raised our monthly, but, after we were educated that the tires on our car were “ never flat “ tires and couldn’t be repaired and new tires would have to be purchased we opted to take the insurance. The three contacts that we encountered at Competition are a testament to good salesmanship and are a credit to the car salesman / finance trade. Lastly , as big as the Competition group is we were treated with such respect and professionalism that we wouldn’t hesitate to go back for our next lease. More
