Excellent first experience with Competition Infinity Could not be more pleased with my experience at this dealership. I bought a car from Carvana and had some issues with the headlights and went to Comp Could not be more pleased with my experience at this dealership. I bought a car from Carvana and had some issues with the headlights and went to Competition to have it checked out. Had the good fortune of pulling into the dealership in the morning and having Chris Capobianco as my service advisor. This is the first time I have owned anything other than an Audi so Chris had to deal with a lot of questions about the usage of the instrumentation of the car along with the service request. They did a diagnostic while I waited in their clean waiting room where I worked on my laptop and enjoyed some Starbucks coffee. Chris returned with the report and explained everything that should get done and said he would deal with the Carvana/Silverrock warranty folks. I left the dealership in a clean loaner and return 3 days later and everything was taken care of. I simply signed on the dotted line and drive away satisfied. I will be making the drive out to St. James if I need anything in the way of service on my QX60 More
