Simple Oil Chamge On Friday 4/19/2019 approximately 10:00 AM I brought my car in for service. When I arrived I was greeted by a service member at my car and escorted to On Friday 4/19/2019 approximately 10:00 AM I brought my car in for service. When I arrived I was greeted by a service member at my car and escorted to the receptionist desk to sign in. I was greeted again by other service members in the waiting area with a simple good morning, and was ask the reason for my visit. I explained that I was in for just a oil change, and I also had a little concern about my brakes. At this time I was assigned a service team member Chris Alman. I explained to Chris my concern about the Oil Change and brakes, and Chris assured me that everything would be checked and inspected. My wait was about 30 minutes, and was told that I only needed a oil change and that my brakes were fine. I really appreciate Chris for his honesty because he could have told me that I needed my brakes done right away, but instead he gained the trust of a customer that frequently bring there vehicle for service.
