Brought car in for oil change and check back up camera. Was informed camera must be replaced, declined. When oil change done I got in the car and my Navagation, phone, audio, menu not working. Check the DOT number and follow the paper trail. Can a tech really measure a tread depth of 10/32 on a tire that comes from Michelin factory spec of 8.5? Can a wheel alignment check and subsequent alignment adjustment be done on 8-25-20, then have Firestone Complete Care in Greenwood, ScottHayes and Phil Grubermann, ASE certified in all 9 areas, do an alignment check again on 9-1-20 and the vehicle be out of toe and Cambyses on 4 areas, Yes, seeing too much red ink before corrected to green ink. Think BBB rating. Think Attorney General of the State of Indiana. . All because a new Service Manager, not named Marshal Wilson, is gone. Think service advisor Chuck Henthorn was at Beck Toyota and knows customer. Was at Indy Honda now back at Mercedes Benz. Think Michelin. Think tire rack.com in Southbend. Think Indy Honda.
