Indy Honda

I was in the Greenwood area for a medical appointment and my "replace oil" light came on. Because I live 50 miles away from Indy Honda, I stopped by the dealership to see if they could fit me in for an oil c my "replace oil" light came on. They kindly met my needs and also reminded me that I needed to have the battery replaced. I have and continue to be very pleased with the service department at Indy Honda. First person I talked to in service told me all responsibility was on me to pay to have my car towed there and that they wouldn’t provide me with a loaner car while mine was being fixed. I had to get the manager involved who quickly pulled up that I have roadside assistance and that everything’s under warranty and covered. I was happy with tha, and then the guy handling my service had absolutely no customer service skills and was even rude at times. I finally got an explanation of what happened (likely the service tech that did my oil change there a week ago just didn’t put the coolant hose back on correctly and it popped off.) II was satisfied with the end results until I realized that one of the service techs put dirty fingerprints all over the top of my car on the interior roof. I have pictures.... they left it a nasty mess! More
