I have been purchasing a new Honda Accord every three to four years for the past forty years and this was, hands down, the best experience we’ve encountered. Easy to make an appointment and quick and good service (oil change and tire rotation). They even recommended I didn't need an oil change yet based on oil life but was willing to do one as I requested any (oil change and tire rotation). My only issue was when I got home and noticed the oily handprints left on what was a perfectly clean hood. Cleaned up easily enough, but showed a slight lack of attention to detail IMO. More
We called to check on our car that was in for service. At first we were wondering why no on called us. Then when we arrived, we found it wasn't ready and had to wait another. 15 minutes.
