I didn't know charges until I went to cashier. when i asked the question about charges. Advisor went to check the charges back and she end up bringing her colleague and conversation went into little roug asked the question about charges. I even mentioned that I usually pay $60-70 for oil change and tire rotation. This time ii is just oil change. I even mentioned I'm long term customer and brought car this location. I felt little weird. I always visited this center since last 4+ years. Oil change is good. Tire thread information is incorrect when i cross checked with 3 tire vendors. This time brake test is not done (usually it is done as multi point check). This is the main reason I come to Honda service station for oil change. So that i will get my car stats or information. This time visit is not great. I felt that Indy Honda didn't meet my expectations. I'm a big fan of Indy Honda but this time is not good More

I am very dissatisfied with Honda at this point. I have a 2018 Honda CRV which I purchased from Indy Honda new in Jan of 2019. I have had my car in for service 3 times now for a total of 14 days and it is a 2018 Honda CRV which I purchased from Indy Honda new in Jan of 2019.
