During the sale process the dealership overall great! ! However I will say the the hard add-ons, in my personal opinion are not of significant value that can be seen as a visible value giving the cost o ! I have basic car knowledge and knew that my rear shock was bad. I called Indy Honda to see if it would be covered in any of my extended warranties. I was told they would need a tech to run a diagnostic an was bad. I called Indy Honda to see if it would be covered in any of my extended warranties. I was told they would need a tech to run a diagnostic and then a $50 deductible would be charged to replace the shock. I scheduled my appointment and when dropping of my vehicle I was charged $150 to diagnose the issue! Already knowing that it was the shock and I had purchased extra warranties, I left it at Indy Honda; thinking that I would owe nothing else and my rear shocks would be replaced for $150. I was notified later that it was not covered by warranty and it would be over $600 per shock to replace. I am now out $150 for the diagnosis! I looked up the part and I could replace one shock for $35! So I opted to replace the shocks myself and save over $1000!!! I am so disappointed in the service team for not telling me that “minor” replacements like shocks are usually never included in any of the warranties that I purchased. I went to Indy Honda to save my time replacing especially after I was told that I would ONLY be out my $50 deductible! More

I liked the way Ryan Adams was easy to work with and I did not feel pressured in anyway nor talked down to as many women can feel while purchasing a car. Prior to stopping by Indy Honda, I traversed the South-side of Indy, hoping to find a reliable car after my life was upended by a car accident that left me in a financial gutter and emotional wreckage. After a series of negative interactions at two prior dealerships back to back in the span of 2 hours, I lost confidence in car shopping and I feared setting foot in another showroom. However, my confidence quickly restored the moment I met Lamont who greeted me with a smile and warmth imbued with a ray of sunshine. Not once did he make me feel undervalued as a customer and it was within that moment, I knew that I could do business with him. Breath-taking is the only word that I can use to describe his level of professionalism, patience, understanding and empathy. He answered all my questions from the moment I set foot on the premises until the grayness of the evening skies could be seen through the windshield of the Honda that I financed. A crisis was turned into an opportunity and his business acumen is an asset to Indy Honda. I will be referring my co-workers to him or anyone who is interested in buying a car. Clearly, he represents the Honda brand and I highly recommended Lamont as your future salesman at Indy Honda. I'm already excited about bringing my car into Indy Honda for oil changes and maintenance visits because Lamont has left a positive impression that resulted in me now becoming a lifelong Honda customer. Brand new 2022 Ridgeline bought at a different dealership. With 100 miles on the truck a lower windshield facia plastic panel was missing so I stopped in to have a new panel ordered. I had to convince the service department that it was covered by warranty because it was a week old. The service tech said I should take it back to where I bought it. Finally convinced him that was irrelevant. Ordered the $7 item and was told it'd take 3 days to come in and they'd call me. A week and half later I stopped in and was told it'd been in for over a week and they had no idea why I wasn't called. Picked up the part and no one offered to install it for me. I won't be back. Shame since I've bought many Honda's from this dealership. I don't know what's changed but it's an awful place to shop. I bought the Ridgeline elsewhere (same truck - same model) for $7,300 less than what this dealer quoted. More
They never gave me the actual working on what would be my monthly expense if I was to purchase the Car instead of leasing it . The reason given to me was that if we are doing a lease option we cannot give you the working on purchase option. The other thing is on the Ziebart protection package --It should be Customers choice whether he needs that or not More
