Steve Moffatt, Travis Ketring and Dennis McDowell went about and beyond to help my 91 year old mother-in-law. She lost her car key. They said we needed to bring car to dealership. I asked what was cheapest tow company since she had no keys and could not drive car to dealership and she lives less than 5 miles away. Then Steve asked Travis if Dennis could take equipment to her house and make the key. Everyone agreed and then I came back and had 2 more keys made for car. To add to the EXCEPTIONAL service Steve sold us a less expensive key for the 2 duplicates keeping her cost for all 3 keys lower than what they could have been. I would highly recommend these 3 men for whatever award or compensation that would be possible for their compassion. This situation occurred on Aug. 17, 2012. I would have written sooner but have had some viral illness and misplaced the card that the assistant manager of the dealership gave me after I told him what they had done. My purchasing experience with Indy Honda was great. I got pricing thru the internet and Ryan Nesta contacted me with a follow-up on my inquiry. He gave us a great price that i tried to get a local honda dealer to match and they said there is noway they would honor the deal. They told me if Indy Honda offered me that price i need to go up there and buy it from them that day, so i said okay i will do that. And Ryan Nesta was waiting on us when we got there had the pilot ready for us to drive, that was easy no beating around the bush just drive it. Well after the test drive we were very pleased with the Honda pilot and decided okay lets see if they honor their deal they offered us, guess what they did! no bickering bout the price. Adrian, Ryans manager was a very pleasent person, ryan was in the process of finishing another deal and adrian walked us thru everything on the vehicle. I think he knows every little thing there is to know about the vehicle! Then Ryan came back and we finished the deal with him and he got everything setup for us, he even walked the wife thru how to sync her bluetooth up on her phone to the Pilot! They treated us with the utmost respect and no arm twisting, what a relief! Thanks Ryan & Adrian for all you did for us keep up the great work. I look them up when ready to purchase a car again. I bought a car for my daughter from Adrian about a 18 months ago, so when I was ready to buy my new Pilot, I went to Indy Honda and asked for Adrian. He is so nice and down-to-earth and cares about his months ago, so when I was ready to buy my new Pilot, I went to Indy Honda and asked for Adrian. He is so nice and down-to-earth and cares about his customers. I didn't even realize until after the sale was complete and I was driving the car home, that he didn't work "on the sales floor" anymore, but was in management now. He worked with me because I asked for him! We had made the deal over the phone after I went home to think about it, and then everyone worked hard that week to get my car ready for pick-up on Friday so that I wouldn't have to bring it back after the purchase and leave it for adding my accessories, taking it to Ziebart, etc. I even think a technician came in early to make that happen. I really appreciated that! I would highly recommend this dealership! More
Adrian knows the product he is selling inside and out! He is always willing to take what ever time you need to get to know the car and he has always helped us find the perfect car to fit our needs. We never feel pressured at any time and actually just stop by to see what is new so that we can say hello. The best part of purchasing a new car from Adrian is getting your new car tour. He personally goes through the entire car explaining what every button does and where everything is located. He will even answer questions you have about your car many months and even years after your purchase! You can't find that kind of service anywhere except with Adrian! That is why we always return to Indy Honda to purchase our autos. More
Completely incompetent parts/services department. Wasted 2 months of my time and the only thing (out of 4 things I needed fixed) I had done to my car in that 2 month period was an oil change, which I can ge 2 months of my time and the only thing (out of 4 things I needed fixed) I had done to my car in that 2 month period was an oil change, which I can get done almost anywhere else. DO NOT GO TO THIS INDY HONDA!!!!! I would drive an hour to another Honda dealership to get it fixed before I would go to this one. More

After being told that my new vehicle would be covered against "dings" with upgrading my protection plan, and never receiving a copy of this extended warranty my CR-V was impacted by hail. The dealership gave me the run around and would not answer for why I was lied to, and showed a lack of ethics in treating me only two weeks after my purchase. I would never recommend this dealership. My experience with TK King at Indy Honda was awesome. I was helping my mother-in-law shop for a car. She recently lost her husband and has never purchased a car before. No pressure on me, right?! She helped my mother-in-law select a model she felt comfortable and secure with. TK was patient through numerous changes on options, color, etc. Her communication was outstanding, even after the sale closed. Brought a use car (as is) on 9/9/2011 on 9/11/2011 the cluster panel failed and yes I know as is but the dealership would not help with cost or anything and was told that I would need to pay 500+ dollar f cluster panel failed and yes I know as is but the dealership would not help with cost or anything and was told that I would need to pay 500+ dollar for a car I had two days. Would not remend or use this car dealership again. Personally I believe is a shitty deal once they get your money they do not care about you anymore. Buyer beware More
I'm very pleased to say everyone treated me with respect. No snarky attitude, no looking at me with $$ signs in their eyes.
