Jason and Jeremy were very patient and helpful with our decision. They explained the differences on each trim. They explained options of purchase vs lease. They gave us a fair amount for our trade and a great price on our purchase. We actually have a lower payment. This is our second new auto purchased from Indy Honda. They have great customer service! I would highly recommend this dealership and Jason to anyone. Thank you Jason and Jeremy for a wonderful experience...My husband would never publically admit this but he LOVES our Odyssey!! More

After seeing the ads regarding the new Honda Accords and all the new changes we decided to take a look. We also read in the Consumer Reports that this car was highly ranked. This is the third new Honda we have purchased from this dealer. We owned a Honda Accord 2011, which we purchased new from Glenn Nesta and when we walked into the dealer he remembered us and so the trust was already there - we knew that Glenn would be honest and deal with us fairly. He was very patient with us as we took quite a long time to decide and then we changed our mind on the color. The dealer did not have the color we then chose but Glenn found one and delivered it to us the next day. There are so many new changes on this car with the navigation and I'm sure he was tired of trying to explain it all to us…but never gave any indication of that being the case. Glenn is outstanding! I also need to mention that the bluetooth was new to us in the 2011 Honda and we had a difficult time getting it to work. Our cell phone company was unable to connect the phone so we returned to Glenn and he connected our phone to the bluetooth. Anytime I had trouble with something Glenn was willing to help me get through it. I was so pleased that we were able to work with Glenn again - this was the best, smooth and easy car purchase ever! I drove in to have my 2008 Accord serviced. My wife and I needed to go to lunch and needed a ride. I called Bob from the restaurant and asked him to work up some numbers while I had lunch. We got together on the price (fair to both parties) and I drove my new Accord EX-L home that evening. While this sounds like an impuse buy it wasn't buying a "pig in a poke" since this is the 4th new Accord I have purchased from Bob and also my 6th new vehicle from Indy Honda. (I have purchased 2 new CRV's for my wife). I think that buying 6 new Hondas from Indy Honda speaks volumes for their dealership. I have always been very satisfied with my dealings with them. Their Service Department has been excellent. My sales relationship with Bob Hagy has been superb. He has never been high pressure with me. If he sees me in for service, he always comes back to say "Hi". I've never had any administrative problems to resolve, but am confident if there were an issue this dealership would resolve it in a timely, efficient manor. I always jokingly "hassle" the General Manager when I'm in the store by shaking my head in a dejected manner and say "I should have asked for more money on my trade in". I have been a dedicated customer of this dealership since 1996. I drive 35 miles one way to have my car serviced at Indy Honda. Since my first purchase in '96 a new Honda dealership opened 8 miles from my home but I still go to Indy Honda. Some may question the wisdom of this but to them I would reply "if it ain't broke, I'm not going to fix it!" I would recommend this dealership to anyone considering a vehicle purchase. More

This was the worst buying experience ever!!! Never will I buy a car or recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealer! EVER! Very recently I purchased a very beautiful used vehicle and to my surprise 3 days buy a car or recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealer! EVER! Very recently I purchased a very beautiful used vehicle and to my surprise 3 days later the transmission went out. When I went back to the dealership all they offered was for us to pay them more money for a different , very undesirable vehicle. I am no fool and to the person who buys that other vehicle, I feel your pain. So, now I am either out of the money and the vehicle or a very huge unexpected bill. If, by chance, I ever decide to purchase a new honda, I will go out of my way to go to another dealership so I do not have to deal with those fools again. I know everyone says buyer beware when buying a used vehicle but I say BUYER BEWARE OF THIS PLACE WHEN BUYING A USED VEHICLE!! More
We JUST bought a Honda Accord last night...Lance was very helpful and wasn't too pushy. Most importatntly, there weren't any surprises when we actually sat down to buy the care. TK was so professional and accomodating. Jason and I knew what we were looking for when we called Indy Honda and talked with TK. After our test drive we knew the 2013 Honda Accord Sport was the vehicle for us and our family. Indy Honda was fair on our trade in and was reasonable with their pricing of the Accord. Joe Sticker did a great job explaining our finance options to us when buying our new car. We will definitely recommend Indy Honda to friends and family after our amazing experience. More
Steve Moffatt, Travis Ketring and Dennis McDowell went about and beyond to help my 91 year old mother-in-law. She lost her car key. They said we needed to bring car to dealership. I asked what was cheapes about and beyond to help my 91 year old mother-in-law. She lost her car key. They said we needed to bring car to dealership. I asked what was cheapest tow company since she had no keys and could not drive car to dealership and she lives less than 5 miles away. Then Steve asked Travis if Dennis could take equipment to her house and make the key. Everyone agreed and then I came back and had 2 more keys made for car. To add to the EXCEPTIONAL service Steve sold us a less expensive key for the 2 duplicates keeping her cost for all 3 keys lower than what they could have been. I would highly recommend these 3 men for whatever award or compensation that would be possible for their compassion. This situation occurred on Aug. 17, 2012. I would have written sooner but have had some viral illness and misplaced the card that the assistant manager of the dealership gave me after I told him what they had done. My purchasing experience with Indy Honda was great. I got pricing thru the internet and Ryan Nesta contacted me with a follow-up on my inquiry. He gave us a great price that i tried to get a local honda dealer to match and they said there is noway they would honor the deal. They told me if Indy Honda offered me that price i need to go up there and buy it from them that day, so i said okay i will do that. And Ryan Nesta was waiting on us when we got there had the pilot ready for us to drive, that was easy no beating around the bush just drive it. Well after the test drive we were very pleased with the Honda pilot and decided okay lets see if they honor their deal they offered us, guess what they did! no bickering bout the price. Adrian, Ryans manager was a very pleasent person, ryan was in the process of finishing another deal and adrian walked us thru everything on the vehicle. I think he knows every little thing there is to know about the vehicle! Then Ryan came back and we finished the deal with him and he got everything setup for us, he even walked the wife thru how to sync her bluetooth up on her phone to the Pilot! They treated us with the utmost respect and no arm twisting, what a relief! Thanks Ryan & Adrian for all you did for us keep up the great work. I look them up when ready to purchase a car again.
