Unlike sales reps I've encountered at other dealers, Casey's easy-going personality gave me a sense of calm & ease about the process, and I felt like I was not being pressured into anything I wasn't ready for. He also took the time (a lot of time) to patiently teach me how to use all of the features in the car, and he didn't make me feel bad for my lack of technical acumen.
