Great Experience Overall I have been saving money for quite some time so I could but a new Honda Accord. I had one way back when I was in my 20's and it has remained my favor I have been saving money for quite some time so I could but a new Honda Accord. I had one way back when I was in my 20's and it has remained my favorite car of all time. When the 2019 Accords came out, I fell in love with the design and had to stop in last summer to look and take a test drive. LaMont Carroll came out and greeted us and was super friendly. He was happy to give me a test drive. I told him about my goal of saving money to try to at least pay for half down in cash. I fully expected the full on pressure of him getting my into the car that day. But, he didn't do that at all. He said he understood and would be there when I was ready. He sent me maybe 2 text messages in the course of 6-8 month just saying he was checking in, but not once was there any pressure. I loved that!!! I've always hated buying cars because of the pressure you feel. So, this past Saturday I bought my new Honda Accord, which has been a dream of mine for a very, very long time!! LaMont, thanks for being patient with me!! My only small complaint at all is during the financing process, I didn't feel the manager explained everything very well. Also, he never talked about when to expect our first payment due, what date, etc. There were also a lot of charges on the finance agreement he didn't take the time to explain. I had to ask him questions about several items. More
