The work gets accomplished as needed. Employee (Marshall) at service check in seemed like he didn't want to be there and seems to be the norm for him. Many times the service intake experience makes you feel like you are a bother. Kevin and Heather are the exception and usually welcoming when I have been there during their hours. While waiting for work to be completed during my 5/2 morning appointment, language/conversation coming from the sales staff area would be better left in the locker room, not within earshot of customers. Not good representation for those that meet and deal with the public/customer. More

General Service, Recall Service, Windshield Replacement We brought our van in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. We also had the recall work performed and a windshield replaced. The oil change, tire rotation, and recall work was performed quickly. The windshield took a long time, mostly due to our insurance company being nearly useless. However, my wife informed me upon picking up the vehicle that there was quite a bit of debris left on the dashboard from the windshield replacement. I would expect that to be cleaned up as part of the work. More
