Did not like the service Car needed a battery for the last six months I had it. Had to keep jumping it. Had it in 3 times Honda refused to change it out. The last time I asked if it was change out and was lied to. Drove away thinking I was safe all the way up to the day when I had to jump it again. Drove it straight to the dealership and turned it in 6 weeks before my lease was up. Hope to never own another Honda. More

Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and professional. They got me in very quickly and had the job completed in the time frame they estimated. They took a lot of precautions to keep things s professional. They got me in very quickly and had the job completed in the time frame they estimated. They took a lot of precautions to keep things sanitary, such as a steering wheel cover and I saw someone wiping down seats when I went to pick up my keys. And they're even providing complimentary masks for customers. My A/C seems to be working great! More

I had been a Honda girl for 35 years and owned 3 Honda’s however the last one I bought used from Beck Toyota it was a Lemon from the word go! I brought it into Indy Honda for Service and had them keep it fo however the last one I bought used from Beck Toyota it was a Lemon from the word go! I brought it into Indy Honda for Service and had them keep it for 10 days, and they couldn’t find the problem, so I asked for a salesman to trade it in and they made a rediculously low offer Knowing that the 2013 Honda’s had a Battery Sensor problem 🤬 All done with Honda I took it to Skillman traded in on for a KIA ♥️And they gave me 3 times $$$ that Honda offered! And since I deal with mostly women I shared my horrible experience with them and I’m sure they won’t be shopping Honda!!! More

Outstanding Service - As Usual I brought my car in to Indy Honda due to an intermittent VSA/check engine light problem. Jeff McNeeley took care of me right away. He was very thoro I brought my car in to Indy Honda due to an intermittent VSA/check engine light problem. Jeff McNeeley took care of me right away. He was very thorough, and seemed to know what the problem was. When he called with the diagnosis, he was again very professional and explained the problem. He also advised my car would be ready for pickup the following afternoon, which it was. Jeff is an asset to Indy Honda, and I will ask for him on my next visits to the Service Dept, as we have all of our maintenance done on our two Honda's at Indy Honda. More
