Communication isn’t very good. I’ve left messages for multiple service reps and my calls have not been returned. The person who sold me my car was not knowledgeable, told me that he doesn’t care about making sales, and couldn’t care less that I was interested in buying a car. In fact, he seemed annoyed and kept rushing me that he doesn’t care about making sales, and couldn’t care less that I was interested in buying a car. In fact, he seemed annoyed and kept rushing the process of getting things done quickly. I appreciate efficiency but not when it’s only out of pure annoyance. I could tell he didn’t care about his job but I needed a car. He also screwed me into a huge monthly payment because he misled me on the finance portion. I told him I was a first time buyer and I thought this dealership would help me understand the process better. I asked the right questions, but he fed me the wrong answers. I wish I listened to my gut instinct and had gone home. More
