They stole $17 in charge out of my car during an oil change! Service manager claimed he reviewed the cameras and didn’t see anything, but gave me a free oil change coupon! Last and final strike in this service department! Went in for a low left front tire light, that i had to find myself because on the last visit they couldnt find a leaking valve stem. Took me 5 minut Went in for a low left front tire light, that i had to find myself because on the last visit they couldnt find a leaking valve stem. Took me 5 minutes with soap water. I stated the right front tire was also low by almost 10psi. After showing them a video of the leaking valve stem, they replaced it under my extended warranty. I asked what they found with the right front tire, and they said they didnt find a leak. I guess 10lbs of air just evaporated? After i got home, i noticed they left the valve cap off of the brand new valve stem and never added air to the other low tire they couldnt find a leak on. This is the same place that couldnt hear a squeaking left rear brake caliper that would make noise on a daily basis from being seized, on my prior visit. I replaced the caliper on my own because i couldnt take the noise any more. This place is filled with incompetent techs and poor listening skills. I will never return to this place for service. Imagine if i had an engine problem? No way i would let these take a motor apart when they cant remember a valve stem cap and how to reset tire pressure. Absolute joke! More
When I was dropping off my car for an oil change the first Service Advisor (S.A.) to acknowledged me,... he never greeted me, I asked if he could help me. His response was to immediately looked from side to side and pawned me off onto Curtis Jones. I lucked out because Curtis was polite, respectful and courteous!! (Throughout my visit, whenever the first S.A. was in view, he was leaning back in his chair and staring at his cellphone.) If my only interaction was with Curtis, Imperial would have gotten much higher ratings. Thanks Curtis! More
