I brought my 2015 4 Runner in for a much needed check-up. This was my first time using Imperial Toyota and the experience was fantastic. Gene Desroches was my Service Advisor and he when above and beyond the This was my first time using Imperial Toyota and the experience was fantastic. Gene Desroches was my Service Advisor and he when above and beyond the call of duty to make me feel like me vehicle was in the right hands. I dropped it off the night before and even though he had to next day off, he stayed in contact with me and even gave me his cell number so I could stay in direct contact with him.
