Best car buying experience IDE VW was the best experience that I have ever had in 52 Years of car buying. I called IDE VW to get pre qualified for a lease. I was put through to IDE VW was the best experience that I have ever had in 52 Years of car buying. I called IDE VW to get pre qualified for a lease. I was put through to Mike Anello, Finance Manager, and he took my information in a friendly manner and told me that he would get back to me. When Mike called me he told me that I did not qualify for the best rate, he suggested that I look to a used car in my price range. Mike stated that they had a 2015 Passat on the lot that would fill the bill.The next day I went to IDE VW and Mike introduced me to Christian Sargent, salesman, Chistian told me about the car and had it pulled around for a test drive. I drove the car in traffic and highway and liked what I was driving. I returned to IDE and told them I would take the car. The next day I picked it up and smiled all the way home. Mike and Christian answered all of my question and made me feel like I was dealing with friends. There was no hype for buying other warranties,etc. And, the price quoted two days before is what I paid. I would recommend IDE VW to my friends and family. My next car will be from IDE VW, no doubt.
