Paul Gibson and the rest of the staff were polite and courteous and Paul was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient helping us find the correct vehicle. It was also very low pressure. We thought about it over the weekend and made the purchase on Monday. When we initially thought about the new car purchase we had planned to shop around after visiting the dealer but were so pleased with the dealership we moved forward on the sale.Sales, financing and delivery went very smooth and car was ready when promised. Good follow-up by Paul after the sale as well. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Infiniti of West Chester. More

Best New Car Experience - Thank you Burton. Over the years my wife and I have bought a significant number of cars(more than most people) from various dealerships. This time my wife was looking Over the years my wife and I have bought a significant number of cars(more than most people) from various dealerships. This time my wife was looking to trade her cars for a QX60 and Burton Jensen made this experience the best by far. We went in with a difficult transaction(two trades, both with remaining lease payments) with very specific demands. We visited several other dealerships and we were consistently told it was "in our best interest" to wait until the leases were up on our two trades. Burton took the time to understand our reasoning for trading the two vehicles and what we were trying to accomplish. At the end of the day my wife wanted too much car for too little payment. We thought any deal was dead because our expectations were too high. Burton and the finance team made one last ditch effort, this last ditch effort meant give and take on both sides. This give and take convinced us to close the deal and accept that we got the car we wanted for a reasonable price and both sides were able to benefit from the transaction. As soon as Burton can find a way to get me out of my car and into a Q50s you can bet we will be closing that deal as well. More

The other gentlemen at the dealership were equally as helpful and patient (admittedly, I am a bit of a pain in the neck and ask a lot of questions). I love my car! My sister has a BMW and I think the Infiniti has a much nicer interior, and I also find it to be quicker. My next car will by the G50! More

Unfortunately, I live about a good 45 minutes away from the dealership. When I made it to the dealership, I was greeted by Paul, and asked him about the Challenger. Paul was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the Challenger. After a test drive and his enthusiasm, I was sold. However I admit, I was still very skeptical about purchasing a Dodge from an Infinity dealership. Additionally I was a bit worried about the service I would receive, if the car needed something. However, Paul put all my worries to ease with explaining how professional their service staff was. So I bought the car and the entire staff was incredibly friendly during the whole visit.
