INFINITI of Van Nuys - Service Center

This is my second visit to the Infiniti Service Dept since we purchased our G37 infinity. The service dept is really wonderful. They are efficient, respectful, and extremely nice. I was in and out in ex since we purchased our G37 infinity. The service dept is really wonderful. They are efficient, respectful, and extremely nice. I was in and out in exactly 1 hour...car washed...and on my way. It was great. While I was waiting, i went into the Infinity store to look around. Melvin Zelaya is the nicest and most helpful guy ever. He is genuinely sweet. I left the service department with a smile on my face.....and your good will in my heart. I didn't buy my car at this dealership, but needed my key fob fixed. Michael Escalera fixed my fob within 2 minutes of my walking in the door, and did it with a smile and a great helpful attitude.
