POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I brought my car in for service and the service was not performed correctly. I had to bring my car back into the dealership. I had asked for a loane I brought my car in for service and the service was not performed correctly. I had to bring my car back into the dealership. I had asked for a loaner car and was not given one. Today, while I was present at the dealership, I spoke with Ronald the service manager. He was not responsive and had a piss poor attitude. At this service dealership, you are not treated well. I bought a Infinity and would like some customer service. Definitely would never purchase a Infinity. Lexus here I come! More

Eric is Awesome!!! Real standup guy! I went into the dealership for my first oil change. It turned out that there were also some majors items that needed to be replaced. If it wasn't for I went into the dealership for my first oil change. It turned out that there were also some majors items that needed to be replaced. If it wasn't for Eric and the team, there could have been some major work needed in the future that might have not been covered by warranty. Not only was my oil change complimentary, but the major items were replaced replaced for free since they were under the terms of my warranty. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and level of professionalism. I definitely recommend this dealership for service. More
