Getting the Job Done It was an oil change and a noise issue. No follow ups I took my car for a simple oil change and my car was damaged front drivers side. Saved transmission from the dead I have a 2011 Infiniti whose transmission fluid was contaminated. Ronald was responsive, patient and thorough in helping me through this near-death car crisis. In general, I'm not a fan of taking cars to the dealer, but in this case it was the best choice I could have made. More
