He is one of the best guys from Service department whom you can rely on for a better car service. Estimating the amount of time and work needed on my car, he also signed me in for a loaner car. Besides, I was also receiving periodic updates from him on the status of my car service. Very responsive and efficient at the same time. I have to state that he had always been professional in handling my situation and he truly cared.
