The dealership gives good value at a reasonable price. The loaner car was delivered as promised, and the vehicle maintenance and repairs were completed on time. When I had an issue about returning the loaner on the day when I was called to pick up my Q-70, I was told not to worry and that picking up my Infiniti and returning the loaner the following day was no problem. They do a good job, and my serviceman gave me an accurate estimate when I brought in my car as to what was needed, the cost, and when I could pick up my car. More
