Bad service, bad customer service Put the car for recall service, per service person car would be ready in 4-5 hours, asked for loaner car and was refused, had my 5 and 6 years old kid Put the car for recall service, per service person car would be ready in 4-5 hours, asked for loaner car and was refused, had my 5 and 6 years old kids with me, so I asked for a curtesy ride 5 blocks away from the dealer and was refused saying they did not have car seats for the kids, had to walk in the warm weather for 20 minutes with small kids.
