Never again will i shop infiniti First issue: took my car in for an oil Change couple months ago... last month i went in to a tire shop because i got a nail and i have warranty in my First issue: took my car in for an oil Change couple months ago... last month i went in to a tire shop because i got a nail and i have warranty in my tires and i told him i wanna just get a new tire and he said he would of had the tires he installed... the last place i went to have service in my car was with the dealership. Someone took my freakin tires and gave me some crappy used ones... pretty sad that they have service guys you can’t trust.. Second: took in a car from a customer of mine and i spoke to a very irresponsable service manager named rusty. 2 weeks to let me know they can’t open the hood and a week to let me know what the issue is and they wanted to charge me close to 600$ at first. After waiting and waiting he came back with a different estimate .. Worst service ever no thank you not again... More
