These guys are definitely better than Infiniti of Glendale. Glendale employed shady bait and switch tactics to get you in the door in my experience (sending out promotions that weren’t honored when y Glendale. Glendale employed shady bait and switch tactics to get you in the door in my experience (sending out promotions that weren’t honored when you showed up). Van Nuys doesn’t do that. They honor the promotions. However, they do tend to upsell/upcharge you for services that you may not need and/or quote prices that don’t reflect what they’re ultimately willing to charge you. They just want to see your reaction and hope you’re willing to pay their perhaps inflated cost. Because of this, it becomes a negotiation which is a hassle and doesn’t inspire confidence or necessarily make you feel good about the experience. I think pretty much every place does this however I’ve found that Van Nuys just does it less. Not exactly a ringing endorsement but… Not nothing either. They have a clean waiting room and awesome coffee. That’s not nothing either! More
