I have to make it right, 2 or 3 weeks ago I was involved in a situation very unhappy that involved a dealership, I was very upset for how things turned from one second to another and how bad ,they were look in a situation very unhappy that involved a dealership, I was very upset for how things turned from one second to another and how bad ,they were looking,so I write a review with the lowest rate someone can do,,I never like to leave feedbacks or review, but I have to say here I am trying to make right to who deserves it ,,still situation is not 100% happiness but I have to do this because, they deserve it,,I decided to change my rate because I have seen and realized the failure is not from the dealership,,yes things can be adjusted at the dealership, but where they really need to address things is on the manufacturer policy, because of the wrong policy of not providing customers with a rental or loaner until something is approved, situations like mine can really make people upset and put everything against the dealership, like I did ,I apologize and I have to say they deserve a 5 stars for the big effort and commitment to make this right that they have done!
