When I had an issue about returning the loaner on the day when I was called to pick up my Q-70, I was told not to worry and that picking up my Infiniti and returning the loaner the following day was no problem. They do a good job, and my serviceman gave me an accurate estimate when I brought in my car as to what was needed, the cost, and when I could pick up my car. More

They don't help to costumers when We have problems easy to resolve with battery guarantee they ask for millage,the batteries problems guarantee is with years not with millage how they ask to me.
