The morning of June 4th I was told to leave the keys in the vehicle and that my Infiniti QX80 would be safe and secure in the lot going forward. The next day I was told they couldn't find the keys. When I the vehicle and that my Infiniti QX80 would be safe and secure in the lot going forward. The next day I was told they couldn't find the keys. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle it was given back to me vandalized.by the homeless and lived in with trash and items stolen. Infiniti even admitted they are aware of the problem and still refused to care for my vehicle. I have been a customer of Infiniti for years and have always had a positive experience until now. Ronald Lazo said he would handle the situation and contact me but I have never heard back demonstrating the lack of professionalism and care for customers.. More
