We apologize that you were not notified of your repairs. It is our process to review any work to be done with our client prior to service, and to notify them along the way as repairs or maintenance are completed. Edson is an exceptional Service Advisor who follows protocol, so we are confused how this miscommunication could have happened. We also provide a complimentary hand wash and vacuum with any service, unless it was raining. If this was the case, please bring your vehicle back for this service.
