There's been too few times that I didn't feel cheated when having my car serviced. I started taking my car to the South Bay location after the Beverly Hills service center closed. This was the worst service I’ve ever gotten at any dealer. You guys had my car for 1 1/2 months, crashed the car, and upon pick up the car wasn’t washed. You let me leave the dealership with a bad bel dealer. You guys had my car for 1 1/2 months, crashed the car, and upon pick up the car wasn’t washed. You let me leave the dealership with a bad belt tensioner, my transmission links not adjusted, and told me it had nothing to do with the work y’all did. I also alerted Carlos (the new service manager) that my serpentine belt was bad or my tensioner was bad. He tried to charge me for something that is covered by warranty!!! That’s insane. I’ve gotten the same problem fixed at this Infiniti 3 times now. That is just uncalled for and not ethically ok. After speaking with one of your technicians, it was as I expected. All of the components that I was having problems with Were in direct correlation with the work that had originally been done to the vehicle. Also, every employee failed to alert me that someone who works for the dealership crashed my car. Javier, what is the technician that worked on my car on August 19 and August 20. He quite literally saved me from having another terrible experience at Infiniti of South Bay. He is by far the best employee that I have dealt with at your location. He was trustworthy, honest, and had some pride for the work that he does. He fixed every problem I was having within a single day whereas the other employees did a below average job in there customer service positions. So, to wrap it up, I would not recommend coming here. But if you do, work with Javier. More

I went in for a recall on my air bag and it was only done of the passenger. I didn’t notice till I was home but my seatbelt cover was missing and it never was loose or ever came out.
