I brought my car in for a recall and the service staff was efficient. Everyone was masked and I was able to wait in a socially distanced area. I was a little disappointed that one gentleman (I believe he was efficient. Everyone was masked and I was able to wait in a socially distanced area. I was a little disappointed that one gentleman (I believe he was management) continuously walked through the office without a mask. I guess he thought he was more important than his staff and customers. Also, I asked for an estimate to fix my lock on my hatch and was told it would be $175 for a diagnostic test. Yet, this didn't prevent them from diagnosing a multitude of items that required further service and they were able to quote prices. More
