Wilson went above and beyond in making sure my car and my concerns were taken care of. I had an issue with a broken tail light and he was quick to find solutions and follow up. My tires needed replacement and although I have coverage and have previously replaced these with my coverage free of charge (example: June 2020 service) the agent assisting me gave me excuse after excuse ab and have previously replaced these with my coverage free of charge (example: June 2020 service) the agent assisting me gave me excuse after excuse about why I would need to come out of pocket this time around. I reiterated that the price match for tires was advertised and showed him quotes online that would replace the tire for cheaper, to avoid the out of pocket expense and he dismissed every effort and billed me $114 or so to replace my tire even though I needed 3 of them replaced. I’m not sure why i experienced a different level of service and different outcome to my tire replacement issue when he clearly saw that in June I brought my car in and had a tire replaced with my warrantee and didn’t come out of pocket. It defeated the purpose of purchasing the tire coverage. I left very disappointed and although I had plans to do a lease again with Infiniti of Torrance next year when my lease is up, now I’m going considering alternative dealership and going back to BMW where I was a customer for 11 years and I never had an issue with service. Will not be recommending this dealership More
