Very nice people. The inside is very detailed and clean. Representatives were useful in helping me contact my vehicle service contract. Though the mechanics were able to spot that my front passenger wheel n Representatives were useful in helping me contact my vehicle service contract. Though the mechanics were able to spot that my front passenger wheel needed a new wheel hub, they completely disregarded in thoroughly checking the suspension because my car still had another problem while I would drive and it shaking. I took my car to Glendale Infiniti where they diagnosed for both front lower control arms and torn bushings to be replaced leaving me in another worrisome situation with my warranty and then having to process another claim to get it fixed. Wish they just thoroughly checked my car and gave more suggestions. Other than that I love the atmosphere and I definitely recommend. More

They always make you feel special. The waiting area is perfect!! Service prices are reasonable. Even if they were to charge, (let’s say 20-30%) more than other mechanics, I would still take it there (ev perfect!! Service prices are reasonable.
