They did fix up the car at the service center and fast. However, they had one of the worst services of any dealer I have ever been to. They didn’t seem like they wanted to help anyone. I typically pretty satisfied with my service experience here. I cannot give a rating of 5 b/c there was a miss at a previous service appt, my front seat belts were replaced, along with the covers for thos here. At assembly, the button on the inside side of the passenger seat (allowing the driver to easily move this seat forward and backwards) was not fully depressed into place and fell out. I’ve had at least two service appts since then in which I was assured the piece (which I’ve brought each time and is fully in tact and able to be fitted in) would be inserted as should be. Each time, I have picked my car (or the latest was my husband whom didn’t know to check) it has not been done. This incompletion of work is why I can’t offer a rating of 5. More
