I will not be returning to Infiniti of South Bay. The service advisor seemed like he was bothered that I had come to get my oil change. He was disengaged and was very short with me. Once my car wa The service advisor seemed like he was bothered that I had come to get my oil change. He was disengaged and was very short with me. Once my car was done he just told me to go pay. He did not go over anything or let me know when my next service would be. This is my second time here and I experienced the same awful customer service then but I figured that he may have just had a bad day. I picked Southbay Infiniti because it was closer but I will be going back to Cerritos Infiniti where I know they care about there customers and deliver excellent customer service. More

Used to go to this dealership all the time. Stopped going because of a bad experience and when i returned i was reminded why i stopped going. They didn't seem to put much effort into helping to fix my vehicle. Went in with a 95k 2018 Infiniti qx60 with a check engine light and loss of power. They sent me an invoice for $20,000 for a new engine and I spent $200 just for them to look at my vehicle. I received a car wash and sent on my way. No oil change or any value for the $200 that was paid. Also, they stated car was sludged up and go back to the person that did my last oil change. Took it to a my local mechanic and he did an engine flush. It's been over a month now car runs great no check engine light and getting better fuel economy than ever before. More
