I requedted a copy of my alignment for my records but was not provided anything. I followed up for 2 weeks and nothing. Very disappointing experience with Infiniti of South Bay service department. I recently took my FX35 to Infiniti South Bay for service (replace all tires, air bag recall, new battery, etc.) and they bad service department. I recently took my FX35 to Infiniti South Bay for service (replace all tires, air bag recall, new battery, etc.) and they badly damaged my rims. All four rims were in excellent condition before I dropped the car off but were severely damaged by their service department through the application of a caustic wheel cleaner which ate through the finish leaving unsightly black spots and stains on each rim. The difference before and after was so huge that I initially thought they had installed the wrong wheels on my car. Whereas my rims previously looked perfect from a few feet away, the new damage and discoloration was easily visible twenty feet away or more. When I showed the damage to the service manager, he immediately went into denial mode and basically called me a liar by implying that the damage already existed and I was trying to pull a fast one. He even said to me, "Come on, be honest with me" which was amazingly condescending and disrespectful. By chance, I took photos of the car one week prior to servicing at Infiniti South Bay for submission to my insurance company for policy renewal. When I showed the service manager these pics which clearly proved the wheels had no damage, he continued to make more excuses and then said he regretted cleaning my wheels because it "revealed" the damage. This absolutely made no sense. As a customer of Infiniti South Bay since 2011, I am deeply disappointed with this experience and have decided to find a new service shop for my Infiniti. I sincerely hope the service manager was just having a bad day because no customer deserves to be treated the way I was. More

Needed transmission replaced in my son’s G37. Edsen and the staff at Infiniti of South Bay were amazing. From making the appointment, when another dealership wouldn’t, to handling the extended warranty ins the staff at Infiniti of South Bay were amazing.
