Edson did as great a job as possible helping navigate a simple problem (dead battery) with a simple solution (replace battery) that seemed to require a very difficult time wasting multiple visit process. simple problem (dead battery) with a simple solution (replace battery) that seemed to require a very difficult time wasting multiple visit process. 1st visit: 3 hours recharging battery 2nd visit: 1 week later 2-3 hours changing battery This does not include the 10+ times I had to jump my battery just to get back to the dealer. If I had not bought a portable jump battery the safety hazard would have been even worse. More
