Overall the service was fantastic - MUCH better than in the past. The two issues that take my rating down to a 4 down from a 5 are: 1) I had a 10% discount coupon that was not applied to my service - I d the past. The two issues that take my rating down to a 4 down from a 5 are: 1) I had a 10% discount coupon that was not applied to my service - I didn't realize it until I got home and 2) I bought an Apple CarPlay system that did not come with any documentation or "Owners Manual" so I have been trying to figure it out on my own from internet YouTube postings. It's easy to get appointments and once I was late to my appointment with Jerry and he still was able to accommodate me. I was very impressed and appreciative. More

The se Over priced and false diagnostic! I will never bring my car back to this dealership for service. I brouggt my car in for a routine manteniece. The service guy that assisted me told me I need to change my brake fluid. Which cost me 200. Then the mechanic that worked on my car rotated my tires. Supposedly, taken the bad tires I had on the rear and rotated them to the front. I am not a mechanic but i know if the tires on the front are better than the ones on the rear, you should not rotate them. But these smart mechanic rotated them and advised me to buy two new tires for the small price of $1000. I took the car to a tire shop on my way home and all the tires were good they just needed to be rotated back the way they were. Finally, i was told my sway link bar was disconnected and damaged from impact and wasnt covered under my warranty. This would cost me $1800 to repair. That was a lie the bar looked as if it were intentionally disconnected. I cannot say for sure how this happened but my ride to the dealership from Lancaster, CA was a lot smoother than the ride home. Needless to say I contacted another mechanic and the repair was covered under my warranty for 10% of what your dealership attempted to swindle out of me. Also, they agreeed that there wasn't any impact to my car and the bar looked as if it had been disconnected. So, I will never bring my car back to your dealership for service and I will be sure to tell any and everyone I can about the service I received including the better business bureau. More
