Concerning any prior damage, we provide a CARFAX with every used vehicle purchased. Every customer signs the CARFAX vehicle history report as part of our sales process. If there was prior damage on the VHR, you would have signed off on knowing this in advance. Please know that if you would like a loaner vehicle, we would appreciate it if you could call in your appointment and make the reservation over the phone with the service advisor. This will help ensure that a vehicle has been reserved for your visit. There are some restrictions, and loaner vehicles are typically reserved for major maintenance and repairs.
