He is knowledgable, friendly and willing to explain what service is needed. I have never experienced ANY upselling from him which is rare in this environment. The remolded facility is clean and modern. When an appointment is scheduled, the wait can sometimes be pretty long, however, the work in most instances is done same day. I purchased my car and have always brought it here for service and repair. I highly recommend SB Infinity to anyone looking for a good dealership/ service center.. More
quality, service people are great here I went in to get 25000 mile servicing and also to turn my lease into a purchase. Both functions were accommodated as quickly as paperwork allows and t I went in to get 25000 mile servicing and also to turn my lease into a purchase. No guidance given, appointment not honored, Well the Dodger game was in so that was a distraction for employees! My previous experience here was great! The person who assisted me acknowledged I had an appt. but it still took over an hour. There was never a check in in progress like the last time. My car had multiple water spots and smelled in the inside when they brought me my car back! One sales gentleman assisted and had them fix that but I wish I would have gotten his name. I may not use this dealership service again, I’m undecided. It was marked that the in-cabin filter needed to be replaced and it was not even brought to my attention to see if I wanted it changed. Very disappointed in the service department. I was assisted by a different gentleman few months back... they need him back!! I believe his name was Wilson. More
