Poor service This dealer consistently does minimum possible. Paid for $100 an oil change and they didn’t even top off my window wiper fluid. Had to stop by O’Ri This dealer consistently does minimum possible. Paid for $100 an oil change and they didn’t even top off my window wiper fluid. Had to stop by O’Riellys myself to buy to fluid to fill my empty reservoir. Makes me wonder if they do the “inspections” included in the paid service at all. Disappointing. More
Poor communication I have to say this was my first poor visit to the south bay. My visit was for routine maintenance. My rep was Ever. He was not very attentive to me. M I have to say this was my first poor visit to the south bay. My visit was for routine maintenance. My rep was Ever. He was not very attentive to me. My wait was over two hours and he quoted me one. Not once did he check with me and update me on my vehicle. Upon completion he forgot to give me my color codes vehicle report. I had to ask for it. I also had to ask him to explain codes that appeared on the report that he didn't even mention. I am use to working with Candice who is very helpful and attentive. The only people I noticed receiving attention from the staff were males. Corporate may want to note that the reps were mostly males and talked a lot about their fantasy scores and players in the presence of customers. The atmosphere at this location is usually much more professional. I live quite a long way but I come here for that reason. I plan to return for service, but with my husband or brother so the sales reps will offer more guidance and assistance. I didn't feel like I was taken seriously this visit. This is also disappointing because I have been a loyal Infiniti customer for 12 years. More

SB changed Since they changed to auto nation and back to South Bay infiniti. Service has gone way down!!! Too much to write here but let me say after a $800 plus Since they changed to auto nation and back to South Bay infiniti. Service has gone way down!!! Too much to write here but let me say after a $800 plus bill, all the maintenance lights are on three days after service!!! Not happy!!! More
