When I picked up my car Edson the service rep was really friendly and very knowledgeable as we discussed me possibly buying another Infinity as my lease is coming to an end. All in all wonderful experince. More

Courteous and professional repairs Have been bringing our 2002 Infiniti here every since we bought it. They’ve always had a loaner available for me when repairs take longer and they are always professional and courteous when dealing with their service department. More

Awful experience now that car is off warranty Came in for an oil change appointment. Sat for 2 hours before Candice informed me my car then still needed an additional $1400 of work. She also had said they could reprogram my husband’s key for 0 charge (on estimate). 2 hours later she wanted $90 for it since my car was off warranty. I paid for the oil change and left. Local mechanic inspected my suspension and confirmed the cracked arm bushings do not need replacing. I will not be returning to this service department. More

Very easy smooth process to get car maintenance done I booked the maintenance online. They sent me email reminder prior scheduled date. I waited in dealership where they provide, water, coffee, snacks, I booked the maintenance online. They sent me email reminder prior scheduled date. I waited in dealership where they provide, water, coffee, snacks, free wi-fi. It was very comfortable there waiting for the service to be done. Finally they also washed my car for free. Thanks. More
