Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. There must be a misunderstanding because we do not charge for washer fluid, and top it off with service. But, two windshield wipers are indeed $26 - which includes free installation. We charge standard labor time for belt replacement and fluid changes like brake fluid, but remember that when you come to INFINITI of South Bay you get a technician that is trained and annually certified by INFINITI. We spend this time and expense ensure you, our client, get the very best service possible with the job done right the first time. Then concerning your time in the showroom, sometimes in trying to provide a luxury experience we take a softer sales approach of following the customer's lead instead of being overbearing or pushy. We apologize that nobody helped you with the QX30. We should have asked if you wanted assistance instead of waiting for you to reach-out to let us know you were interested. We hope you'll give us another chance.
