To become certified technicians need to pass rigorous competency tests and must retrain annual tests to maintain their certification. We apologize that you were unable to get a service loaner. We are currently working with INFINITI to clear more inventory for use as loaner vehicles. Until then please know that loaners are available on a first come first served reservation system. We have opened an investigation into why your vehicle was returned with it's check engine light on. That is such a basic miss that we believe there must be more to the story. Thank you for your business.
