My 1999 I30 has just turned 280,000 miles and runs like new - I purchased the ride brand new from Peyton Kramer Infiniti before it was South Bay & has only been serviced by them. Stole my iPhone 11 pro I was not expecting to have to take my new 2019 QX80 keys just stopped working and had to be reprogrammed which makes no sense but because this happen I was not expecting to have to take my new 2019 QX80 keys just stopped working and had to be reprogrammed which makes no sense but because this happened unexpectedly and so had to call Infiniti roadside assistance and the representative found figure out which dealership is closest to my home even though I told him it's the van nuys location and instead he instructed tje tow truck driver to take it to the Torrance dealer. I left the car there over night and paid for my own Uber from Torrance to LA which is about 20 Mike's or so away at least from my home so spent about 35 to 45 dollars each time I came and went back home which I did 3 times because the first time I came to pick it up I asked the service advisor what time is the lastest I can come pick it up and he said 8pm but forgot to mention that I have to tell him to make special arrangements so the paperwork and keys are left with the sales dept. So upset, I wasn't even offered a loaner or a free Uber ride back so I take a Uber right back home. I call the device dept because my service advisor was always off, sick, or on vacation during this time and make sure they leave the keys and paperwork with the sales dept. Then I take the Uber from Los Angeles to Torrance for the 3rd time. So when I get in the car my hear sank as my iPhone was missing from the front cup holder and luckily I have two phones which ones is used for work and one for personal so got by but that was a very expensive 256gb model. The dealership and service advisor were no help when I asked if they have cameras and he said not I'm the service dept. I leased a new 2019 Q60 Red Sport 400 and a new 2019 QX80. I have no intention of ever leasing another Infinti and will be sure to share my experience with all my friends and colleagues. More

Good people, good service, but you charge way too much. I went in for your special $49.99 oil change and tire rotation. You got me for bleeding break fluid. This visit Cost me $198.00. You (the dealer) quot I went in for your special $49.99 oil change and tire rotation. You got me for bleeding break fluid. This visit Cost me $198.00. You (the dealer) quoted me $356.00 to change a lower radiator hose That had a little leak. I changed my FX35 upper and lower radiator hoses myself, and antifreeze for $55.00. You wanted $269.00 per axle or 538.00 just to replace all the break pads. I replaced them myself for under $80.00. You need to rethink what you charge for basic service. I bet you would get a lot more business if you charged a reasonable price. I should have done the break fluid bleeding myself, bet I would have saved another $130.00, live and learn. More
