I usually have a great experience at the dealer but I was put off by how Edson responded when I called in asking about a wheel lock I never received when I purchased my vehicle back in 2021. Mr. Ever is a great Infiniti representative for when you need to take your vehicle for service. As for the Sales Department it’s for sure Kas he the man he not only make the purchasing process smooth but he need to take your vehicle for service.
