They wont even take the time to fix my name in their computer system. My last name is a mans first name so they mistakenly wrote it as my first name. Everytime I go I correct it, they don't care. I've waited 10-15 minutes for someone to address me, other people (always European descent) walk in and get immediate service or acknowledgement. Excellent Service I always depend on Infiniti of South Bay to service my vehicle. I own a 1999 I-30 that I have owned since birth purchased from this exact dealership. I always depend on Infiniti of South Bay to service my vehicle. I own a 1999 I-30 that I have owned since birth purchased from this exact dealership. (Called Peyton Cramer at the time). I have just turned 285,000 miles & this dealership keeps it running just like it did when it was brand new. Wilson Chihuahua always takes care of both me & my vehicle. His team of top notch mechanics always do a great job of caring for my baby. And to top it off, they always wash my car along with having a loaner vehicle should I need it. Don't forget to thank the guys in the back including that dude that drives my car after I drop it off along with pulling it out front after the service is complete ! Thanks !! More
