Used to go to this dealership all the time. Stopped going because of a bad experience and when i returned i was reminded why i stopped going. They didn't seem to put much effort into helping to fix my vehicle. Went in with a 95k 2018 Infiniti qx60 with a check engine light and loss of power. They sent me an invoice for $20,000 for a new engine and I spent $200 just for them to look at my vehicle. I received a car wash and sent on my way. No oil change or any value for the $200 that was paid. Also, they stated car was sludged up and go back to the person that did my last oil change. Took it to a my local mechanic and he did an engine flush. It's been over a month now car runs great no check engine light and getting better fuel economy than ever before. More

No loyalty program makes the experience at this location less than perfect. Also, the car loaner program seems non-existent (even with a couple thousand dollars spent on service), I would give 3 stars, exce less than perfect.
